FORD | Born To Roll
Born To Roll is a Ford initiative targeted at African American women. The goal was to celebrate the diversity and strength of these phenomenal women who are living their dream, their purpose, their destiny. The TV Spots touched the hearts of the community and went well beyond just selling cars.
We decided to invite real women from various professions like Entrepreneurs, Firefighters, Artists, STEM and many others to share their stories with Ford. During casting, we came across really talented, dynamic and tenacious women and it was really difficult to narrow down on just three women who personified Born To Roll spirit.
We collaborated with award-winning music producer Craig King and Grammy-nominated Maimouna Youssef, aka Mumu Fresh, to create an original track for this campaign. We covered their stories on social media as well as on the Born To Roll website. I was responsible for the conception and art direction for this campaign. iamborntoroll.com.

One MusiC Fest - Collaboration
As a sponsor for One MusicFest, the Southeast’s #1 Progressive Urban Music Fest, a Ford branded lounge area is marketed on the One MusicFest app and on their social media accounts prior to the event. The lounge, Ford Sync Spot, is branded with several posters and custom photo-op backdrop. The 2018 Escape and 2018 Explorer were also on displays for patrons to view.
